Philanthropy is at the core of everything we do. We believe in the power of youth and providing opportunities to help influence their stories, passions, and purpose.
Find Your Grind Foundation is creating lifestyle-driven experiential learning opportunities for youth to help them better understand who they are, where they are going, and how to get there. We believe the best way to learn and progress is by doing. We are activating around our core ethos of encouraging self-discovery, exploring alternative and emerging careers, and fostering real-world opportunity.
The FYG Foundation was formed in 2015 by Nick and his wife Natasha Gross, with the seedling of the idea that we could provide opportunities to underserved youth to experience and explore alternative careers in creative industries. We partnered with local non-profits with access to fitting youth groups, and, opened the doors to our recording studio. We hosted several workshops and curated experiences with industry mentors to provide real-world experiences in fields these youth were most passionate about learning.
Since then, the FYG Foundation has partnered with and supported more that 50 non-profits around the world and given out over a million dollars in grants.
