Nick is also the Founder and CEO of Find Your Grind, an award-winning education technology company transforming career readiness through a lifestyle-first approach to self-discovery. Today, Find Your Grind serves hundreds of school districts across all 50 states, helping students better understand who they are before deciding what they want to become. The platform has been recognized nationally for its innovation in career readiness and workforce development and has helped hundreds of thousands of students explore meaningful pathways to future success.

Music

Beyond business, Nick has spent more than a decade touring and performing as a professional drummer. He currently performs with Goldfinger and the alternative rock band girlfriends, and has toured internationally with artists including Avril Lavigne and Machine Gun Kelly. His experience in music continues to influence his approach to entrepreneurship, creativity, and brand building.

Boards and giving back

Nick serves on the Board of Governors for the TGR Foundation, founded by Tiger Woods, where he helps advance educational innovation and future readiness initiatives for students nationwide. Through the Gross Labs Foundation, he also supports programs that expand opportunity for young people through education, music, sports, entrepreneurship, and community development.
